A Brief History of Time

A Brief History of Time - Stephen Hawking Ok...so considering my mediocre C+ in college physics, I wasn't sure how much I would understand the concepts in this book. I was pleasantly surprised by the light conversational tone and, excepting the chapter on string theory, it made sense to me.

Stephen Hawking's writing style made the material accessible, and clearly described the history and progression of theoretical physics. I found it interesting to read about how scientists have worked together, agreed, disagreed, and built upon each other's work.
